Our indexing team is composed of encoders and quality assurance
personnel addressing the indexing requirements of both the local and
international market.
Images previously scanned either from microfilm or from paper
documents for example, are placed on the forms processing software,
allowing our encoders to enter information on pre-defined fields that are
re-verified by our QA supervisors. Data Encoded are then extracted
into a text file format defined by the client for their own respective data
processing.
Our indexing services also include the storage of both the image and
indexed fields onto CDs/DVDs that are utilizing Redmap Network's
ManagePoint Circulate features. Under the Circulate function, the
client has a "mini-library" of the digital images and indexed fields which
can easily be searched, retrieved and distributed, without the need to
have a complete document management software at their own PC.
