The conversion of documents listed below, describe in general our
services for the local as well as international market:
Conversion of Paper Documents to Microfilm Format
This service involves the conversion of original documents in various sizes (up to
36 inch wide documents) into 16mm or 35mm microfilm roll or aperture cards
utilizing archiving equipment and procedure standards.
Conversion of Paper Documents to Digital Format
This service involves the scanning of original documents in various sizes and
converting them into digital formats (such as TIFF or PDF). Original documents
such as checks, books (bound or loose), and engineering/mechanical drawings up
to 36 inch wide, are accepted. Digital format may be bitonal or in color and are
stored onto CDs/DVDs.
Conversion of Microfilm to Digital Format
This service involves the scanning of Microfilm media in 16mm roll, 35mm roll, or
aperture cards and converting the images into digital format stored onto CDs/DVDs.
Indexing / Data Encoding
This service involves the conversion of information into text format (indexing) for
statistical process gathering, and for easy search and retrieval of digital documents.
